A customer who manufactures display cases for retail was looking for an ergonomic way of assembling the product. These cases were as long as 16 ft long and weighed up to 2,000 pounds. This was a great application for our Tandem Scissors Lift Table. Two scissors lifts in one frame are ideal for handling long items such as these. We incorporated a gravity conveyor as this would become part of an assembly line. The lifts needed to go as low as 7 inches to match up with the existing conveyor lines so we were able to customize them to achieve this requirement. They needed to lift 30 inches to an ergonomic height for the workers to perform their tasks more efficiently.
